CFS 103 Introduction to Food Studies

A cross-disciplinary study of food systems from global, domestic, and local perspectives. Students gain insights into environmental considerations and sustainability across all sectors of the food system. Learning activities range from class discussions, assigned readings, group activities, and food preparation. Appropriate for students interested in food studies, nutrition, agriculture, psychology, sociology, health, and food systems. Course Fee: $10.
