PMT 0138L Gas Tungsten Arc Welding Advanced (N)

In this course, students explore terminology and procedures for setting up, servicing, and operating Gas Metal/Flux cored Arc Welding (MIG)/(FCAW) equipment. Practical applications of shielding gas flow, transfer types, and weld bead geometry required to weld various joint types in multiple positions are presented and practiced.
