BIO 124 Diversity of Life

This course consists of an examination of animal relationships across the tree of life in relation to earth's history and an examination of members of the plant kingdom, including their ancestral history, general life histories, anatomy, physiology, and ecology. Additionally, students will be introduced to fundamental research methods in microscopy, dissection, and field work. Three hours and twenty minutes of lecture and three hours of laboratory per week.
