9.4.4 Dismissal
Learners are dismissed from the program if any one of the following criteria applies:
- Failure to raise the cumulative GPA to 3.0 after one consecutive course sequence on probation
- A course failure (C or lower) while on probation
- Is recommended for dismissal by the Program Director due to the specifics of an Oral or Written Warning
- The remediation requirements of a Warning have not been met
- Demonstrates behavior that has been determined by the Faculty to be overtly illegal, and/or unethical
In addition, in the event of an egregious incident, at the discretion of department leadership (Program Director), a learner may immediately be removed from participation in courses until Program Director reviews.
