Students Maintaining Compliance
All students are expected to be proactive in maintaining their compliance, including uploading documentation for approval by Complio prior to an expiration date, allowing 1-3 business days for the review of submitted documentation. The following mechanisms and resources are in place to aid students in maintaining their compliance:
Complio
The Institute has retained the services of Complio by American Databank, a web-based compliance and immunization management software. Prior to matriculation, students will upload documents to Complio to prove their compliance with the Institute's Immunization and Certification Requirements. Students must also keep copies of all immunization and certification documentation. Throughout their enrollment, students will utilize Complio to maintain their compliance with immunizations and certifications that will expire during their time at the Institute.
Notifications
60-days prior to an immunization category expiring, Complio will begin sending notifications to students. These notifications will continue 30, 15, and 7 days prior to a requirement expiring. These notifications will be reset to a new expiration date once updated documentation is uploaded to the student's Complio account and approved by Complio.
