6.1 Email
Each student will receive an Institute e-mail address. E-mail will be a primary mechanism for communication between faculty and students. Students are required to check their MGH IHP email daily. This e-mail address will be the primary mechanism for Institute communication. Desire 2 Learn (D2L) will also be used for program and course-level communication. See information technology (IT) staff for procedures for checking Institute e-mail from home.
All correspondence requiring response from course instructors and the program director are requested within 48 business hours. Students should expect to hear from the program director and instructors within 48 business hours of email receipt.
