Biology majors must satisfy the International Perspective of General Education with foreign language -- generally two terms of the same language unless students waive a level or more. Students who waive one level must take still take one foreign language course at the appropriate next level. Students who are fluent in a second language may request a waiver of this requirement from the Biology department. If granted, these students must still complete the college's International Perspective requirement.
