COMM 508 Global Media Communication

The course overviews the role media play in the global context. Students will analyze media practice differences based on relevant communication theories. The course covers global communication including media regulations from around the world to help students become ethical and inclusive communicators in the workplace and beyond. Through discussion of various media landscapes, students will be able to apply concepts and theories to their professional practice and research interests.
