Ethics and Leadership: An Interdisciplinary Perspective

This interdisciplinary course exposes graduate students to the ethical and leadership challenges facing the United States and world society. The course examines ethical questions pertaining to business, health care, technology, and the criminal justice system. Students use case studies to discuss topics such as corporate social responsibility; discrimination; ethical decision-making; and international ethical standards. Students develop an ethical perspective and the ability to identify ethical dilemmas and use logical reasoning to formulate informed decisions and solutions.
