CSP 0100 Esthetics (N)

 In this course, students explore the art and science of professional skin care. Students will learn how to analyze skin types and conditions, perform facials and advanced treatments, practice hair removal techniques, and apply makeup with confidence while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene. Throughout the course, students will gain hands-on experience with industry-standard products and equipment while mastering the principles of safety, sanitation, and infection control. Students will also build communication and customer service skills that prepare them to work effectively with clients in salons, spas, medical offices, and other wellness settings. By the end of the course, students will be prepared to demonstrate the competencies required for state licensure and to begin a career as a licensed skin care professional.
