NUR 4636C Community Health Nursing
This course teaches community and public health nursing in relation to disaster preparedness, epidemiology, culture and environment. The focus of this course is on nursing care designed to prevent and/or reduce risk of disease and injury and promotion of health and wellness in diverse populations across the age spectrum. Clinical experiences are provided in community-based sites in a variety of settings.
