BFPT 1170 Practicum

This course provides the student with the opportunity to gain a supervised experience in a practicum placement site allowing demonstration of techniques obtained from course work. Practicum topics safety and sanitation, craft beer brewing, sensory evaluation, and beverage technology and calculations Criminal record check is required in this course.
