HOPE GED

Georgia residents who are awarded the GED by the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) are eligible for a one-time $500 award. This award can be used toward tuition, educational costs, and books/supplies at any eligible postsecondary college. The student must have a completed aid application (FAFSA or GSFAPPS) in order to be eligible for the GED Voucher award. After 24 consecutive months immediately following the date the GED diploma is awarded to the student, the GED voucher expires and cannot be awarded/paid.
