Second Academic Suspension
The student will not be allowed to re-admit until he/she has been out for at least two semesters. He/she must complete an Academic Suspension Re-entry form . After being out for at least two semesters, the student is required to enroll in COLL 1500 (College Success course) and earn a grade of “B” or better.
The student is required to earn a semester grade point average of 2.0 or higher in order to continue the next semester on academic probation until he/she has obtained a cumulative grade point average of 2.0 or higher in order to achieve good academic standing.
