PHY 365 Thermodynamics

An introduction to the laws of thermodynamics and their applications. Topics will include the first and second laws of thermodynamics, equations of state, energy and entropy, thermodynamic potentials, heat engines, thermodynamic efficiency, phase transitions, and Boltzmann statistics.
