CSC 226 Software Design & Implement
Prerequisite: Any CSC 100-level course or BUS 114, or PHY 221, OR permission of instructor
Students will explore their first formal programming language with an emphasis on the design and construction of new software. The course will cover
programming principles, such as data types, iteration, functions, classes and objects. The course will also explore software design practices, such as
pseudocode, functional decomposition, and top-down design. Students will also practice managing software quality through unit testing and istributed
version control tools such as GitHub.
