BIO 225 Biostatistics
Biostatistics acts as an introduction to statistics and their application in the biological sciences. Students will learn fundamental concepts in topics such as data summary, experimental design, sampling distributions, and hypothesis testing. This course will emphasize biological examples relating to public health, ecology, and more. Students will learn basic programming skills in R/R Studio to analyze and create datasets. This course will include a three-hour laboratory session per week.
