20.1.1. Submission of Program Complaints
Students who have complaints about any aspect of the GC Program may speak with their faculty advisor, the Program Director, and/or SGA class representative to the faculty, to determine if there is a reasonable solution that can be negotiated. 20.1.2. Resolution of Program Complaints
All program complaints brought to the Program Director or SGA representative will be followed and resolved via verbal and written communication.
