HFT 2076 Survey of the Hospitality & Tourism Industry

This course introduces student to the various segments of the Hospitality and Tourism Industry and their organizational structures, as well as current issues facing the industry.  This course will provide an overview of the industry, its economic impact, its history, its challenges, and general operating procedures.  Emphasis is placed on live event management.
