EUH 2001 Western Civilization: 1485 to 1815
This course examines Western Civilization, based in Europe, from Medieval Times into a Modern Age and follows its expansion into the Western Hemisphere, Africa, and Asia. The course discusses the political, economic, military, religious, intellectual, cultural, and diplomatic aspects of Western Civilization from the Middle Ages to the Modern era. It also focuses on influential people and events, while considering the relevance of the past to the present.
