University Rental Housing Refunds
Students are required to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to moving out of university rental housing. Failure to provide proper notice may result in the forfeiture of up to 30 days' rent. Rent refunds are prorated based on the later of the actual check-out date or the end of the 30-day notice period.
