HIMT 2300 Healthcare Management

This course will engage in the functions of a manager, planning, organizing, decision making, staffing, leading or directing, communications and motivating. Further study will include principles of authority/responsibility, delegation and effective communication, organization charts, job descriptions, policies and procedures, employee motivation, discipline and performance evaluation.
